Foshan Mingjia Tool & Die Co. Ltd is founded in 2010, is specialized in designing and manufacturing stamping tool for automotive industry. We are good at automotive stamping tool in designing and manufacuring, like the precision progressive die, multi-stations transfer die, deep drawing die and other automotive stamping die.The total factory area is 4000 square meters, well equipped with CNC machines, wire-cutting machines, full-automatic CMM, 3D optical scanner etc. There are more than150 employees, 60 of them are senior engineering technicians. The tryout press has 125T high speed press and 400T. Mingjia mould stick to the mission”Manufacturing the best quality automotive stamping die for customer”.By implementing ISO9001:2015 certification and standardization of operational procedures, we can fully guarantee the commitment to our customer.
At present, our terminal customers are mainly famous automotive manufacturer in Europa, America, Japan, and mainland China.

2026 — Exhibition Participation and Capability Upgrade,In March 2026, Foshan Mingjia participated in the Canton Fair to present its stamping die manufacturing, prototype tooling, sheet metal stamping parts, and engineering support capability to more international buyers and project partners.In the same year, Foshan Mingjia also attended the Shenzhen Industrial Exhibition, further strengthening its exposure in manufacturing, tooling, precision machining, and industrial supply chain sectors.By May 2026, Foshan Mingjia's capability covered stamping presses from 45T to 800T, CNC machining, EDM / wire cutting, high-speed drilling, grinding, welding, die assembly, inspection, and press tryout support.
2025 — Steady Growth and Project Expansion,Foshan Mingjia continued supporting automotive, appliance, industrial, and custom tooling projects. The company strengthened project communication, engineering review, tooling validation, and quality control to support customers requiring stable delivery and repeatable part quality.
2024 — Press and Drilling Equipment Upgrade,In June 2024, Foshan Mingjia added a high-speed drilling machine to improve hole processing efficiency for stamping die plates, die components, and mechanical processing work. This upgrade supports faster preparation of die plates, inserts, mounting holes, and tooling structures.
In October 2024, Foshan Mingjia added two 160T press machines. These presses help support smaller and medium-size stamping die tryout, prototype stamping, and sheet metal part validation, improving scheduling flexibility for different tooling projects.These equipment upgrades strengthened Foshan Mingjia's ability to coordinate stamping die manufacturing, mechanical processing, press tryout, and stamped part validation within the same factory.
2023 — Exhibition Expansion and Material Testing Capability ,In February 2023, Foshan Mingjia participated in an exhibition in Thailand to strengthen customer communication and market presence in Southeast Asia. In the same year, the company also attended an exhibition in the United States, expanding communication opportunities with international buyers and manufacturing partners.In 2023, Foshan Mingjia added a universal tensile testing machine to support material property verification and quality control. 2021 — Prototype Vehicle Project Development.In September 2021, Foshan Mingjia received a project involving 11 prototype parts for Nissan prototype vehicles and completed metal prototype dies and prototype stamping within a short development cycle.In October 2021, Foshan Mingjia won a new prototype parts project for an Ineos prototype vehicle. This further expanded the company's experience in prototype die development, engineering sample production, and prototype stamping support.In November 2021, Foshan Mingjia updated its business focus and strengthened online presentation for prototype dies, prototype parts, engineering prototypes, and prototype stamping services.
2020 — Crane and 3D Scanning Capability Upgrade,In March 2020, Foshan Mingjia supported customers during the COVID-19 period by donating more than 30,000 masks and maintaining responsible cooperation with suppliers.In June 2020, Foshan Mingjia ordered two larger travelling cranes with 15T and 10T lifting capacity. These cranes improved handling and assembly support for large stamping dies and prototype dies.In July 2020, Foshan Mingjia added 3D blue laser scanning equipment, improving geometric inspection capability for stamped parts and metal prototype parts.
2019 — Prototype Die Development for Vehicle Projects,In June 2019, Foshan Mingjia started to develop prototype dies for vehicle prototype projects, including Suzuki-related prototype development. 2018 — Patent Development and International Market Expansion,In April 2018, Foshan Mingjia received several utility model patent certificates and invention-related patent recognition, reflecting continued development in stamping die technology and tooling improvement.In July 2018, Foshan Mingjia attended an exhibition in Thailand and continued expanding cooperation in the automotive stamping die and metal stamping parts market.
2017 — 3-Meter CNC Machining Capability,In February 2017, Foshan Mingjia purchased a 3-meter machining center from Taiwan, with machining travel of approximately X3230 × Y1500 × Z850. This equipment improved machining capability for larger stamping dies, die plates, and tooling components.In April 2017, the 3-meter machining center completed installation and testing, and began supporting large stamping die machining and repair work.
2016 — ISO Certification, 800T Press, and Automotive Projects,In January 2016, Foshan Mingjia began quality management training and ISO system preparation to improve internal process control and project management.In March 2016, Foshan Mingjia received a Daimler Benz VS30 project involving 11 automotive parts and developed in-die riveting nut technology.In April and May 2016, the 800T press was installed and put into use. With press capacity from 45T to 800T, Foshan Mingjia strengthened its ability to support both small stamping tools and larger stamping die tryout.In July 2016, Foshan Mingjia received ISO 9001 quality system certification.
