About Us
Foshan Mingjia Tool & Die Co., Ltd. is a professional metal stamping die manufacturer located in Foshan, China. Founded in 2010, Mingjia TOOL & DIE specializes in custom metal stamping dies, automotive stamping dies, progressive dies, transfer dies, stator rotor stamping die , electrical lamination stamping dies, deep drawing dies, and sheet metal stamping parts. With a 4,000-square-meter manufacturing facility, Mingjia provides integrated support from engineering review and die design to CNC machining, assembly, tryout, sample validation, and dimensional inspection. Our tooling and stamping solutions are used in automotive, appliance, electrical hardware, industrial equipment, and custom sheet metal applications.
Mingjia was established to support customers who require reliable stamping die manufacturing, prototype tooling, and sheet metal stamping production. Over the years, the company has developed from a stamping tooling workshop into an integrated manufacturer with engineering, machining, assembly, tryout, and inspection capability. As an ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certified company, mingjia mould focuses on tooling accuracy, stable manufacturing processes, quality control, and responsible project communication. We work with customers on both prototype development and production tooling projects.Mingjia mould supports customers with both tooling development and stamped part manufacturing. Our
core products and services include:
stamping progressive dies
stamping transfer dies
stator rotor stamping dies
electrical lamination stampingd ies
deep drawing stamping dies
Manufacturing Capability
Mingjia supports the complete stamping die manufacturing process in-house, including CAE analysis, layout design, 3D die structure design, CNC machining, wire cutting, milling, grinding, welding, die assembly, spotting, tryout, and sample validation.
Our press capacity ranges from 45T to 800T, supporting die tryout, prototype stamping, pilot runs, and production preparation. This allows our engineering and tooling teams to verify real forming performance before customer approval or delivery. For more details about our machinery and production resources, please visit our stamping die manufacturing equipment page.
Industry Insight: Why In-House Capability Matters
In metal stamping die projects, delays often happen when design, machining, tryout, and inspection are handled by different suppliers. An integrated manufacturer can respond faster to tooling adjustments, sample issues, and engineering changes. This is especially important for automotive projects, where forming performance, dimensional repeatability, and delivery timing directly affect downstream production.
